ABOUT BRAVE CREATIVE
In August of 2020, Tori Gatanis joined True Blue Butcher & Table’s team as the marketing director, bringing her creativity and strategic vision to the team. Partnering with Bobby Zimmerman, owner and chef of the We Are True Blue brands, Tori quickly made an impact. While Bobby has a strong background in marketing, his time was consumed with the demands of being a chef and running his business. That’s where Tori came in—she not only executed Bobby’s creative ideas, but also brought her own innovative strategies to the table, complementing his vision and creating the brand’s online presence. Together, they realized that the marketing strategies they were implementing for True Blue Butcher and Table weren’t just working—they were making a real difference.
By March of 2021, Tori and Bobby began to wonder: Could they apply this successful formula to other businesses? Could they help broadcast other brands’ unique stories?
That curiosity led to action, and Brave Creative was born.
Tori’s experience with helping Bobby create the ideal online presence for his brand (now five brands) has become the foundation for everything we do.

TORI GATANIS
CEO & FOUNDER
Hi there! I’m Tori. Ever since I was a kid, I’ve had a passion for capturing the world around me. From producing my own talk show, “Topics with Tori,” to directing music videos with friends and documenting the nature of rural South Jersey on my flip video camera, my love for storytelling has only grown stronger over the years.
At Brave Creative, I spend my days brainstorming, planning creative content, and ensuring everything aligns with our clients’ goals and audience interests. Whether I’m on a discovery call, crafting social media captions, or behind the camera capturing the perfect shot, I’m always focused on making our work both on brand and purposeful. And let’s be real, I love keeping up with the latest trends and geeking out over a good marketing podcast.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find me thrifting or daydreaming about decorating my house, it’s just another layer of my creative brain at play. Oh, and being a dog person? Definitely a green flag.

Hi there! I’m Cat! I believe that there is creativity to be unlocked inside everyone. I’m a big-picture thinker and a writer at heart, and I thrive on bringing fresh, thoughtful ideas to life.
I’ve been with Brave since its first year and absolutely love what I do. My role involves overseeing projects, executing photoshoots, editing content, writing copy, and designing graphics. I love turning ideas into visuals and stories that connect.
When I’m not working, I play volleyball and tennis, go on long walks, and spend time with my friends and family, including my cuddly babies: my dog, Tig, and my cats, Snert and Whit.

DIRECTOR OF SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT
Hi, my name is Lexi! I love working with clients who understand the need for marketing and want to collaborate on ideas.
At Brave Creative, I create and schedule social media content, engage with our client’s accounts, manage review documents and monthly reports, and conduct research. I bring my expertise in social media trends and strong organizational skills to the team.
I love to cook and bake, so the team can always count on me for a tasty treat! I have a cutie little pup named Oki. I love the beach, cooking, and plants, and though I hate coffee, I love tea!
